Shipping and Returns

1. General

Nurlock, herein referred to as "we" and "us," operates the website located at https://www.nurlock.com ("Website"). By placing an order through this website, you consent to the terms stated below. These policies are established to set clear expectations and to facilitate a seamless transaction for both parties.

Orders are subject to stock availability. While we do our best to keep our inventory up to date and current, there may be some situations where stock inconsistencies occur. If the product is out of stock at the point of purchase, we will contact you to discuss your options: waiting for restocking, modifying the order, or being refunded for the product(s) concerned.


2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at the point of checkout depending on package size, weight, and delivery destination. Payment for shipping is collected at checkout.

Since shipping rates vary for both domestic and international shipments, quoted rates at checkout are estimates. In rare cases, additional shipping charges will be incurred due to carrier rate adjustments. If so, we will contact you to agree on the shipping adjustment required.

For international orders, please note that import duties and taxes may be applicable upon delivery to the target country. These are subject to change and are the customer's responsibility. Nurlock strongly advises all customers to investigate these potential charges prior to ordering. If the customer refuses the import duties and taxes, resulting in the shipment's return, the return shipping charges will be withheld from the refund.

If the shipment is lost due to non-payment of taxes and duties, there will be no refund.


3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)

Orders shipped within the United States usually arrive in 2-7 business days depending on the shipping option and destination.

3.2 International Shipping

International orders typically require 5-25 business days, but this can be longer since it is reliant on courier company and customs processing. An accurate delivery estimate will be given at checkout time.

3.3 Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment, unless noted differently on the product description. We are open Monday–Friday for normal business hours. Orders placed on the weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day.

3.4 Address Changes

Changes to addresses can be done before shipping an order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address.

3.5 P.O. Box and Military Shipping

P.O. Boxes: We can deliver to P.O. boxes by USPS but cannot offer courier service to them.

Military Addresses: We ship to military addresses through a selection of available carriers.

3.6 Backordered Products

If a product in your order is unavailable, we will keep your order on hold until everything is available. If partial shipment is chosen, you might be required to pay additional shipping costs.

3.7 Delayed Deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived in the anticipated time, let us know and we will look into it with the carrier.

 

4. Shipping and Tracking Notifications

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email tracking link so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

 

5. Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged package, please refuse the shipment if possible and inform us as soon as you can. If the package was delivered while you were not present, please call us with photos of the damaged items so we can assist you with a claim.

 

6. Import Duties and Taxes

6.1 Sales Tax (U.S. Orders)

Sales tax is figured at checkout and charged where necessary according to state law.

6.2 International Commitments and Taxation

For overseas deliveries, tax and duties will be payable on arrival. These are at the discretion of your country based on customs policies and are your customer's responsibility. Refused tax and duties would result in orders being return-shipped to Nurlock HQ at the customer's own cost and would not receive an original shipping cost refund.

 

7. Cancellations and Refunds

7.1 Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as you can. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy.

7.2 Return Policy

Refunds for unsold and brand-new merchandise are given within 14 days of delivery. The item must still be in its original packaging and new condition. The customer shall bear the return shipping cost except in case of an error on our end.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@nurlock.com for proper return information. We will issue a refund upon receipt and inspection of a return, less any applicable restocking fees.

 

8. Shipping Insurance

All shipments are insured against loss and damage up to the declared value by the courier.

8.1 Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to open an investigation. We will issue a refund or replacement based on the carrier's findings.

8.2 Damaged Packages

For damaged packages during transit, we will lodge a claim with the courier and arrange for a replacement or refund once the claim has been accepted.
