Payments

What are the other ways I can pay for my order?

The following payment methods can be used to purchase Nurlock products: PayPal and Google Pay.

We do not have affirm pay just yet and will potentially consider adding this form of payment on to our website in the near future. 

 

Can payment be made and picked up locally here in Rosemount, MN?

Local pickup by appointment only, Monday through Friday. Weekends can be an exception if contacted before hand. However, we are not open on major holidays. It's best to email us in advance to schedule a pickup time.

Where is your product shipped from?

All of the items are shipped from our Rosemount, Minnesota warehouse.

 

What is the return policy?

Our return policy provides for a return within 14 days from the date of original purchase. If it has been more than 14 days since your purchase, we apologize, but we cannot exchange or refund.

What if I received the incorrect or a faulty product?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We take quality control seriously and inspect all products before shipping. If you've received an incorrect or damaged product, please write to us at support@nurlock.com along with your order number. Description of issue and photo of the product are also necessary.

 

What if my order was damaged in transit?

If your order was damaged in transit, we will gladly submit a claim with the carrier and ship out a replacement. Just contact us at support@nurlock.com with your order number, explanation of the issue, as well as photos of the damaged box and product.

 

Installation

Can I install my new carbon fiber components myself?

We strongly recommend that you have it installed by a professional installer. Nurlock will not be responsible for damages caused by self-installation.

 

Do you provide installation services at your facility?

Installation services are not offered at our facility at this time.

We do, however, work directly with shops in the metro area. Please feel free to reach out to us if you would like more information or have questions about those services.
