At Nurlock, we understand the excitement and personalization that comes with exterior modifications for your vehicle. We offer a Manufacturer’s Limited 1-Year Warranty. Nurlock included products are warrantied to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.To ensure your satisfaction and confidence in our products, we offer the following warranty policy for exterior modifications, including front lips, grills, rear diffusers, and more:

1. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our exterior modification products. All products are covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
2. We guarantee proper fitment of our products when installed according to our provided instructions and recommendations. If you encounter any fitment issues, please contact support@nurlock.com for assistance
3. Nurlock does not guarantee fitment on vehicles that have been involved in an accident and/or has body damage.
4. Clear coat bubble larger than 1/4" in diameter and cracks in clear coat

Warranty Exclusions:

1. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, neglect, or accidents.
2. Minor wear and tear due to regular use, exposure to environmental factors, or road hazards are not covered under this warranty.
3. Changes in paint or finish color over time due to exposure to sunlight, chemicals, or other environmental factors are considered normal and are not covered under this warranty.
4. Any modifications and alters to the original product will void the limited warranty policy. 

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Nurlock be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to vehicle damage, loss of time, inconvenience, or any other economic loss.

Modification of Terms:

Nurlock reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. The terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase shall apply to all warranty claims.

Return Policy:

At Nurlock, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our exterior modification products for vehicles. If you need to return a product for any reason, please review the following return policy guidelines:

Return Eligibility:

1. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, free from any signs of installation, damage, or modification.
2. Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.
3. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.

Return Procedure:

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@nurlock.com. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Exceptions:

1. Certain items, such as clearance or final sale items, may be marked as non-returnable. Please refer to the product description or contact customer service for clarification.

Refund Process:

1. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
2. Refunds will be issued within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. A 3-8% restocking fee may apply to returns of certain products. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. The customer/end user will be responsible for return shipping.

Processing:

Please allow 3-7 business days for us to process and prepare your order. We understand that you are excited for your purchase and we will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. You will be notified with a tracking number when your package has shipped. Processing time may be longer if your payment has not been cleared.
